10 May 2022 - Programme finished and more on the conference fee delay.

We have finalized the conference programme and published the preliminary version in the "Programme" section of the webpage. You can report any mistakes concerning the spelling of your names or in your affiliations by sending a mail to our conference mail address humeprague@flu.cas.cz , we will be happy to correct them.

We also filled in the optional joint activities in the programme and will provide more information on them soon.

The visit to the st. Agnes monastery is still to be confirmed. The national gallery cannot make up its mind concerning the opening hours on 8 July (national holiday). If the visit is not possible we will find a similar type of activity as a replacement.

Concerning the conference fee, we have been waiting for the catering company which we chose to confirm the final price per person for the opening reception on Monday, 4 July. This price forms about 40 percent of the conference fee. That should have happened two weeks ago. To our surprise, their communication with us is so slow and unresponsive that we are forced to find a new catering company. This is a disappointment, since in the past we had good experience with them. We have contacted another catering company and we should be able to resolve the problem within few days. This might influence the conference fee by +/- 150 crowns, cca 5 USD
